MS Word shortcut keys

 Ctrl + N - Creates a new document.  Ctrl + O - Opens an existing document.  Ctrl + S - Saves the current document.  Ctrl + P - Opens the print dialog to print the document.  Ctrl + C - Copies the selected text or object.

 Ctrl + X - Cuts the selected  text or object.    Ctrl + V - Pastes the copied  or cut text or object.  Ctrl + A - Selects all text and  objects in the document.  Ctrl + Z - Undoes the last  action.  Ctrl + Y - Redoes the last  undone action.

 Ctrl + F - Opens the Find  dialog to search for text in   the document.     Ctrl + H - Opens the Find and   Replace dialog.     Ctrl + B - Boldens the   selected text.      Ctrl + I - Italicizes the  selected text.      Ctrl + U - Underlines the   selected text.

 Ctrl + E - Centers the  selected text or paragraph.  Ctrl + L - Left-aligns the   selected text or paragraph.      Ctrl + R - Right-aligns the  selected text or paragraph.     Ctrl + J - Justifies the    selected text or paragraph.   Ctrl + K - Inserts a hyperlink.

  Ctrl + M - Indents the    paragraph.     Ctrl + T - Creates a hanging    indent.   Ctrl + D - Opens the Font    formatting dialog box.   Ctrl + Shift + F - Changes the     font.   Ctrl + Shift + P - Changes    the font size.

 Ctrl + Shift + > - Increases   the font size.  Ctrl + Shift + < - Decreases   the font size.  Ctrl + Enter - Inserts a page   break.   Ctrl + Backspace - Deletes    the word before the cursor.   Ctrl + Delete - Deletes the    word after the cursor.

 Alt + Shift + D - Inserts the  current date.   Alt + Shift + T - Inserts the   current time.     Ctrl + Shift + L - Adds a    bullet point list.    Ctrl + Alt + S - Splits the      document window.    Alt + Ctrl + I - Switches to      Print Preview.
